Spring Church is a No Smoking and No Pet establishment. The Architectural design and our intent to provide a tranquil setting for our guests make it inappropriate for Children under 17.
Check-in is at 3 pm to 7 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am daily. Credit Cards used to make reservations must be swiped upon arrival.
At check-in, a complementary glass of “Virginia” Wine is available, upon request.
Complementary Fresh-Baked Cookies or Muffins, Coffee, Tea and bottled water are available 24 hours a day.
Local Health Department requires that eating not be permitted in areas other than those designated for eating/dining.
We ask that food items be consumed in the Kitchen, designated eating areas or on outside porches. Breakfast orders and special needs are taken at check-in to insure prompt service.

For Planned events or advanced reservations, guests are required to pay half of the agreed rate, at the time of reservation, and the other half 10 days prior to the event. A 10 day Cancellations notification is required to receive a deposit. For Guests requiring downstairs accommodations (Great Room, Dinning Room, etc.) to hosts a party or meeting, an additional cost is required. For events or advanced reservations, guests will receive a confirmation letter and or e-mail notification detailing the reserved room, check-in dates/times, special needs and breakfast menu. Violations of Smoking or Pet Policies will result in a ($250) Cleaning fee. All fees will be charged to the credit card. |
